Birthday Countdowns!
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! (wow, that's a lot of Ys) So I'm really sorry for the lack of posts, I've been so caught up in school, that I haven't had any time to post any thing on my blog, OR on my YouTube channel(s)! But today I want to post something about Birthdays! (because we all know that they are SUUUUUPPPEEERRR exiting!) So, enjoy!
Birthday Countdown
So, You guys might know that it's my Birthday on the 25th of February, and the countdown to all birthdays are always super exiting! Today I wanted to tell you what happens in my life when it's the countdown to my Birthday. (so the 1st of February to the 25th of February.) With Birthdays, it's always so exiting, with all the presents, the start of your zodiac month, counting down how many days, planning a party, and most of all, when your parents have told you at the start of the month that they got something for you, and once you find out, you start roaming around the house to see if you can find out what they got you. (well, at least that's what happens with me!) So when February comes around, I start looking on Ebay to see if I can find something that I want for my birthday. This year from Ebay I'm getting keyboard covers for my new laptop, and some studio lights to improve the quality of my videos! Now, everyone gets really exited when their zodiac 'month' comes around. (in fact, Pisces starts tomorrow! yay!) Now about the Chinese new year animals. Guess what animal it is this year?
Monkey! (If you got that right, then good for you! :) ) and each animal comes/happens every twelve years. And twelve years ago, I was born! (which probably explains why I'm such a 'Monkey!' ) hahahaha! But that's all exiting, and you just get really nervous and exited the night before, and you just can't sleep!
So that was my blog post, and I'll try do another one soon (next time it might be on my Birthday!)

High School!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey guys! so I haven't really been posting that much, so I wanted to do a post today and tell you a bit about my first day of high school! also, Happy February! Since it's my birthday month, I am SUPER fired up, and ready to take on life!
Now, the High School topic.
so, as some of you may know, I started secondary school on the 29th of January. It. Was. Awesome! All those things I rambled on about, were totally not true!
1. I have gotten used to my shoes, and now they're not as tight.
2. My school uniform is still to big, but it doesn't matter, because I'm not the only one who's too small!
3. I recently got my new macbook! (which in fact I'm typing on right now)
4. I've made so many new friends.
5. my high school is right next to my primary school, so I can just go visit at anytime (Lunch and recess)
6. the subjects are actually fun, and there are so many fun things you can sign up for.
7. We have a canteen!!!!!!!!!! (the food is great there tbh)
And 8. I'm still in contact with my old friends from primary! like El the bookworm!
So the first day was great, but this week is so much more fun. Like, Every 10 minutes, a teacher would come in and give us a note for sign ups, or auditions, or upcoming events, it's just craziness and I love it although I know that later on in the year I'll have like, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, oh, and did I mention homework? so I'm not going to like it as much later on, but these are my first couple of days, so of course they have to be good to set a good impression on the students.
So I hope you liked this, and it was entertaining, I'm starting to really like blogging, and I think it's just so much fun.
So I'm going to start a new thing where each blog post, I give someone's blog a shoutout, and I say what I like about that blog! So this post's shoutout goes to Rosie: Books, Writing, Art and Craft. and I really like this blog, because I love reading and writing, and this blog has a lot of it. So yeah, Byes!!!!!!!1

Wow, this is going to be a long post...
Hello people of the world! So recently, I have looked at some other blogs for inspiration, like The Ramblings Of Moi, Beth May, Rosie, and many more, and a lot of them have done posts like, January Favourites, 50 facts about me tag. So since I'm new to the blogging world, and El The Bookworm tagged me for the 50 facts about me tag, I thought I would do both of those in one post! (we might be in here for a loooong time!)

2. I have two cats: Ginger, and Tom.
3. I was born in Spain.
4. I'm half Spanish and half German.
5. I can speak both fluently.
6. My favourite colour is Teal.
7. I love to dance, and I'm dying to do competitive dance.

9. My favourite foods are pasta, chicken, and anything Indian (I love Indian food)

Emoji Pillow-This I bought myself, and I love decorating my room with it, it's so cute, and it's so soft and fluffy.
Girl Online on tour-I got this for christmas from my mum, and it's really good, I love the blog posts that penny does, and I definitely recommend it.
Kikki.k 2016 diary-I also got this for christmas, and its so cool, and I'm definitely going to use it at school!
Kikki.k cute 2015 gel pen-This is a really good pen that I got from my friend for kris kringle, and it works really well, and I can't wait to use it more this year!

High School...
School... what a weird topic. seriously, I'm about to go to High school (yr 7-12) and I'm SUPER nervous, and here are 11 reasons why:
1. My shoes are SUPER tight
2. All my sport uniform is WAY too big for me
3. My blazer has shoulder pads, so it presses down on my shoulders sooooo much!
4. There are 199 other girls in my grade, so I'm not exactly going to be able to find my class.
5. The school bag is WAY too big, and I don't even know why it's so big! do we seriously have that many books!?
6. All the girls there know each other, so, am I going to make any friends?
7. I was really unpopular at my primary schools, so, uhhhh...
8. I am really small in height and I'm worried that I'll get mistaken as a Primary Schooler.
9. I went to school a year early, so I'm worried I'll be the youngest in the class.
10. The older girls look so big...
11. I'm getting braces on the 4th day of school, and I'm really scared that people will judge me for them
So this was more of me rambling than like a diary/blog entry... but I really don't know how I'm going to survive High School with the things that are coming up in my life. But like everyone, I'm going to try my best to fit in, and to do well and get good grades. Because so far, I've learnt how to unlock my lock for my locker off by heart, what I need to bring on the first day, I have my uniform, and all the things to get me through the first year.
The high school that I'm going to has SO many out of school activities that you can sign up for, or audition for. For languages, I'm doing German and Japanese. You may know that I'm half German and half Spanish and speak both fluently, but I decided that I wanted to learn to write and read german, and not just speak. I'm DEFINITELY auditioning for aerobics, gymnastics, volleyball, and Tech.
I definitely know I'm not the only one who feels this way, because I have other friends from my first primary school that are all splitting up, and the group that I'm in, we all grew up in, so it'll also be hard for them to split up. But I know that I'll have lots of fun, and I'll start to learn how to live life in the future.
So I hope that was kind of helpful/inspiring/entertaining, and I'm starting to really like blogging, and probably no one is looking at it, but It's still fun to put my thoughts out here so that other people can read it. My goal on the internet is super simple. It's just to make people smile.

Hi! My name is Miriam, I'm 12 years old, and I live in Australia. You might know me from my two YouTube channels, Cat Gaming 999, and Simply Miriam. Since YouTube and blogging are pretty similar, I decided that I want to try start a blog, so here it is!
